(1) Wait for confirmation e-mail from us - this includes total amount to be paid,payment intructions and availability of the item(s) you ordered.

* If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, kindly contact us again as there may have been some technical problems.

(2) Please make your payment within 48 hours upon recieving confirmation e-mail.Delays in payment could result in the item being sold to other customers.

(3) Payment will be made to our MAYBANK account.We advice only to transfer to this account via Maybank2u.com or cash deposit machine.

(4) We will send out postage once payment has been made and customers will recieve parcel within 2-5 working days via POSLAJU MALAYSIA.

(6) We will not be responsible for parcels once they're posted out.We provide postage confirmation on all orders.

(7)  We DO NOT offer cash/money back refunds as there are strictly no returns.

(5) Exchange can be made if the item(s) sent to you are incorrect or defected only.All exchange MUST be return within 5 working days and MUST not have been worn,altered and with all original tags attached.
